About Elly

I help creative, curious, and ambitious people find their way—so they can do meaningful, fulfilling work without burning out or getting stuck. I support people through creative blocks, life transitions, and moments of uncertainty, helping them reconnect with their strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My work is rooted in the belief that true fulfilment comes from understanding ourselves and how we interact with the world. I bring an array of thoughtful tools for self-knowledge, emotional resilience, and sustainable creativity—so that people can make better decisions, break free from old patterns, and find alignment in the path ahead.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Systemic Thinking & Coaching from Murphy Bishop, am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and am Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed.
