Elly's approach is exploratory, informal and creative. She invited me to gently challenge my approach to challenges I was facing through experimenting with art and technology; to get specific about words to use to describe my situation and try to visualise themes that came up repeatedly. She is very good at teasing out subtle differences in how to approach challenges in work, which can make a big difference in how we manage stress.  I would recommend working with Elly to colleagues who would like to zoom out from a question about work that they have been mulling over.
